2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND / RETURN

• The wrong item was sent

• The item is missing from your order

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with proof (photo/video).

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection by the customer (e.g., size, color, variation)

• Minor differences due to lighting or screen display

• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

4. RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

• Items must be returned within the timeframe given after approval

5. REFUND PROCESS

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or as agreed)

6. SHIPPING COSTS

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our mistake
